About this product

  • REAL CHUNKS, NOT CHIPS. 2"x3" pieces burn 30-60 min each. Chips burn out in 5 minutes
  • NAMED SPECIES. CHERRY: Mild, sweet flavor. Adds mahogany color. Works well on poultry and fish. Not 'assorted' mystery wood
  • USDA CERTIFIED KILN DRIED. Consistent moisture content delivers consistent smoke. No mold, no pest surprises
  • WORKS IN EVERY SMOKER. Compatible with offset, vertical, kamado, water smoker, charcoal grill, or smoke box on gas grill
  • 790 CU IN PER BOX. Multiple cooks' worth of smoking chunks. More product per box than most competing brands
