About this product
- REAL CHUNKS, NOT CHIPS — 2"x3" pieces burn 30-60 min each. Chips burn out in 5 minutes.
- NAMED SPECIES. HICKORY — Classic American BBQ. Best on pork and beef. Not 'assorted' mystery wood.
- USDA CERTIFIED KILN DRIED — Consistent moisture = consistent smoke. No mold, no pest surprises.
- WORKS IN EVERY SMOKER — Offset, vertical, kamado, water smoker, charcoal grill, or smoke box on gas grill.
- 790 CU IN PER BOX — Multiple cooks' worth. More product per box than most competing brands.
