ASUS VP227HF 22 Inch 1080P FHD 100Hz Computer Monitor, HDMI, VGA | Full HD, 99% sRGB, Frameless, 100Hz, Adaptive-Sync, 1ms, HDMI, Eye Care, Low Blue Light, Flicker Free, VESA Wall Mount

The ASUS VP227HF is a high-utility choice for users who prioritize eye comfort and smooth visuals on a budget.

Value
This monitor punches above its weight by offering a 100Hz refresh rate and 1ms MPRT, providing significantly smoother motion and less blurring than standard 60Hz or 75Hz office displays. The 99% sRGB coverage and 178° wide viewing angles ensure consistent, accurate colors that are often missing in entry-level panels. A standout feature is the ASUS DisplayWidget Center, which allows you to adjust OSD settings directly with your mouse—a major quality-of-life upgrade over fumbling with physical buttons. The inclusion of a 3-month Adobe Creative Cloud trial and a 3-year warranty adds substantial immediate and long-term value.

Trade-off
The 21.45-inch viewable area is on the smaller side for modern workspaces, which may feel restrictive for heavy multitasking. Additionally, the included stand is tilt-only, lacking the height or swivel adjustments found on more expensive ergonomic models.

Verdict
While the screen real estate is modest, these trade-offs are standard for this price tier. Because it includes TÜV-certified Flicker-free and Low Blue Light technology, the VP227HF is an essential buy for students or professionals needing a secondary display that protects their eyes during long sessions without sacrificing the fluidity of a 100Hz panel.
