Plasma Cutting Thickness. The STC550P plasma cutter with advanced IGBT inverter technology, the 50/60 Hz high-frequency pilot arc plasma cutter supports dual voltage inputs of 110V and 220V, and operates at 60% duty cycle. Use 110V at 15-40A for home garage and lighter-duty jobs, or switch to 220V at 15-55A for thicker metal. The recommended maximum cutting thickness is 1/2" (12mm) at 40A and 60PSI on 110V, and 2/3" (18mm) at 55A and 70PSI on 220V.

Non-Touch Pilot Arc Plasma Cutter. The plasma cutter machine with non-touch pilot arc function, This means the torch head doesn't need to make contact with the metal plate. Cut through rusty, painted, and uneven metal surfaces with less tip contact and easier arc starting. With the adjustable PA (Pilot Arc) function, you can customize pilot arc duration for different cutting conditions. Use longer pilot arc settings for expanded metal and mesh, or shorter settings for standard metal to help minimize electrode wear and extend consumable life.

Smart Air Pressure Monitoring. A built-in air sensor displays real-time air pressure on the digital screen, while the manual regulator lets you fine-tune air pressure for stable cutting performance. An air filter is installed at the back of the machine, equipped with a quick-connect 1/4 NPT air connector, ready for use right out of the box. The recommended air pressure: 70 PSI, with a flow rate of 250 liters per minute.(Note: Purchase the air compressor separately)

PT/2T/4T/PA Function. The post-time function can be adjusted between 3-15 seconds, helping to cool the torch head and extend the life of consumables. A cooling time of 4-8 seconds is generally recommended. The 2T and 4T modes offer automated cutting control. 2T mode requires continuous trigger pressure, while 4T mode lets you release the trigger after starting for more comfortable long cuts. The PA setting adjusts the duration of the pilot arc, with longer settings ideal for cutting mesh metal and shorter settings beneficial for extending the life of consumables

The digital display screen shows parameters like air pressure, voltage, and current, enabling users to monitor the equipment's status in real-time and make adjustments as needed, enhancing operational efficiency.
