Shark Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum, Ice Blue, IX141AMZ | XL Dust Cup, LED Headlights, Removable Handheld, Crevice Tool, Vacuum for Pet Hair, Carpet & Hard Floors, 40-Min Runtime

The Shark Pet Cordless (IX141AMZ) is a high-utility, no-nonsense stick vacuum designed for rapid cleanups in homes with pets. It replaces bulky uprights for daily maintenance, offering impressive suction power on hard floors and low-pile rugs.

Value:
Users prize the HyperVelocity suction, which punches above its weight class when lifting stubborn pet fur. The XL dust cup with a hands-free ejector means fewer trips to the trash, and the integrated LED headlights are genuinely useful for spotting hidden debris under furniture. At roughly 7.5 pounds, it is highly maneuverable and transitions seamlessly into a lightweight handheld unit for car or upholstery cleaning.

Trade-off:
The "40-minute runtime" is optimistic; expect closer to 20–25 minutes of actual floor cleaning, which drops significantly if you use "Boost" mode. Unlike premium Shark models, this lacks a self-cleaning brushroll, so manual hair removal from the bristles is required. It is also top-heavy and cannot stand upright on its own, requiring the hand-vac to be clipped to the base for storage.

Despite the manual maintenance and modest battery life, the IX141AMZ remains a top-tier value pick. For apartment dwellers or those with mostly hard flooring, it provides the core performance of a premium cordless vacuum at a fraction of the cost. If you need a reliable, high-suction tool for daily pet hair management without a luxury price tag, this is a smart, practical buy.
