BUILT FOR MEDIUM TO HIGH VOLUME COFFEE OPERATIONS: The M size handles approximately 3855 litres at standard water hardness (7 degrees total hardness bypass setting 3). That is enough for a medium-sized cafe restaurant or office coffee system running throughout the day. For reference the smaller V handles 2570L and the larger XL handles 6140L. Replace the cartridge every 6 to 12 months depending on your water hardness or after 12 months maximum per BWT guidelines
