Life Extension Super R-Lipoic Acid, R-Form, 240 mg, 60 Capsules | Active R-Form for Healthy Aging & Oxidative Stress Defense, 240 mg R-Lipoic Acid, Gluten-Free & Non-GMO

A superior form of lipoic acid: Alpha-lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant. But there are two forms: “R” and “S.” One of them, the “R” form, is more biologically active. Life Extension’s Super R-Lipoic Acid formula provides only the active form of alpha lipoic acid.

Powerful antioxidant. Why take R-lipoic acid anyway? The reason lies at the cellular level. Your environment and stress (among other factors) create free radical compounds, which can affect your body’s delicate cellular functions. Alpha-lipoic acid helps protect against oxidative stress.

Powerful dose. Super R-Lipoic acid provides 240 mg of the “active” form of lipoic acid (R-lipoic acid) in each vegetarian capsule. There are 60 capsules in every bottle, enough to provide a 1-2 month supply, depending on dosing. Non-GMO, gluten-free, manufactured in the USA.
