Pelican Catch Mode 110 TR Fishing Kayak - Angler Fishing Kayak with Ergoboost Seating System - Gear Rails -Venom - 10.5 ft

The Pelican Catch Mode 110 TR is a rock-solid entry point for anglers who want a motor-ready platform without the premium price tag. Its standout feature is the integrated stern transom, rated for up to a 2.5HP outboard engine, providing a shortcut to distant fishing spots that paddle-only kayaks of this size rarely reach.

Users consistently praise the Ergoboost seating system, which offers a high-seating position for a superior line of sight and a comfortable EVA pad for long days on the water. The anti-slip traction pads are a crucial utility addition, deadening sound to avoid spooking fish while providing a stable, built-in ruler surface for stand-up casting. With three flush-mount rod holders and dual 4" rigging tracks, the customization potential is high for a 10.5-foot boat.

On the flip side, the short, wide hull design means tracking can be sluggish in open water, and it is not built for speed under paddle power alone. Additionally, the storage layout is functional but lacks the sophisticated dry-hatch systems found on high-end touring-style fishing kayaks.

However, these trade-offs are negligible when considering the price. You are getting a lightweight, exceptionally stable, and highly adaptable fishing machine that bridges the gap between a standard kayak and a motorized skiff. For the angler seeking maximum utility and effortless motor integration on a budget, the Catch Mode 110 TR is an unbeatable value.
