Westinghouse Xumo 43 Inch Smart TV, Full HD, Voice Remote, Dolby Digital+ | Xumo TV, Stream 350+ Apps & Free TV Channels, Voice Search, Bluetooth For Wireless Headphone & Speaker Connectivity

The Westinghouse WX43FA2800 is a high-utility, budget-focused 1080p display designed for straightforward streaming without the setup headaches. While it skips the 4K premium, it compensates with a modern bezel-less aesthetic and a surprisingly robust feature set for its price bracket.

### The Value
The standout feature is the Xumo TV OS, which excels at consolidating fragmented streaming services into a single, cohesive interface. Users consistently praise the included voice remote, which effectively eliminates tedious on-screen typing by searching across all installed apps simultaneously. For cord-cutters, the built-in Xumo Play app is a major win, providing instant access to over 350 free live channels without requiring a separate subscription. Connectivity is also a strong point; unlike many budget sets that skimp on ports, this model provides three HDMI inputs and integrated Bluetooth, allowing you to pair wireless headphones for private listening—a rare find at this price point.

### The Trade-off
To hit its aggressive price, there are clear hardware limitations. The 1080p resolution is sharp enough for a 43-inch screen, but it lacks the crystalline detail of 4K UHD. The integrated 8W speakers are functional for news or dialogue but lack the low-end punch required for an immersive cinematic experience. Additionally, while the Xumo platform covers the essentials (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video), its app library is narrower than competitors like Roku or Google TV, which may be a dealbreaker if you rely on niche streaming services.

### The Verdict
Despite the lack of 4K and modest internal audio, the WX43FA2800 remains an excellent buy for secondary spaces like bedrooms, dorms, or home offices. When you factor in the Apple AirPlay support and the sheer volume of free content out of the box, the trade-offs become negligible. It isn't a home theater centerpiece, but as a hassle-free, smart-connected display that punches above its weight in ease of use, it is one of the most cost-effective 43-inch options currently on the market.
