CNC Interface for Custom Parts. Connect the plasma power source to a compatible CNC table through its remote start input, Arc OK output and arc-voltage output. Supports compatible external torch height control (THC) equipment for cutting brackets, metal signs and repeat parts. CNC table and THC equipment are sold separately.

Non-HF Blowback Pilot Arc. Start the arc without touching the workpiece. Blowback ignition avoids high-frequency arc starting for CNC applications, while the pilot arc supports cutting expanded metal and uneven surfaces. Select plate or mesh mode to match the workpiece.

80A Output for Metal Fabrication. Adjust cutting current from 20 to 80A on single-phase 220/240V power. Achieve up to 1 in. clean cuts with the hand torch, depending on material, air supply and travel speed. Cuts mild steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum and copper. Clean-cut capacity is not a CNC piercing rating.

Handheld Cutting and Optional Drag Cutting: Use the included 14-ft torch with central connector for repairs and template work. For hand-guided drag cutting, add compatible LOTOS DC8509 consumables to follow patterns or straightedges along the workpiece. The drag-cut set is sold separately.

Controls and Shop Setup. The LED display, 2T/4T modes and adjustable pilot arc and post-flow settings support short cuts and longer passes. A pre-installed 1/4 in.
