The Verdict
The Leadaybetter 3-pack is a high-utility alternative for Dyson owners tired of the steep OEM markup. Its standout feature is the multi-unit value, providing three filters and a cleaning brush for significantly less than a single genuine part. This allows for a seamless maintenance rotation—crucial for Dyson vacuums, as filters must dry for at least 24 hours after washing. Compatibility is precise for the V11 Torque Drive, V15 Detect, V15s Submarine, and SV14 through SV47 series (matching part 970013-02).
The primary trade-off is fit precision. While these filters seat securely, you may encounter a tighter locking mechanism compared to the original, and they are strictly incompatible with Outsize models (V11/V15 Outsize, SV16), which use a larger diameter housing.
However, these minor physical differences are trivial when weighed against the savings. For a fraction of the cost of one Dyson-branded filter, you receive three replacements that maintain consistent suction and effective filtration. If you own a standard-sized V11 or V15, this kit is an essential buy that ensures your vacuum stays operational while your other filters are in the wash.
