Samsung 77-Inch Class OLED 4K S85F Series, Vision AI Smart TV (2025 Model, 77S85F) Object Tracking Sound Lite w/Dolby Atmos, NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor, Contour Design, Color Booster Pro, Alexa Built-in

The Samsung 77S85F is the definitive entry-level OLED workhorse for 2025, prioritizing the category-defining inky blacks and infinite contrast that traditional LEDs cannot replicate. Driven by the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor, it delivers class-leading AI-enhanced 4K upscaling and fluid motion across 20 neural networks. For gamers, the 120Hz refresh rate and four HDMI 2.1 ports provide a seamless high-bandwidth experience, while the Pantone Validated color and Color Booster Pro ensure professional-grade accuracy in skin tones and vibrant landscapes.

The primary trade-offs are found in the hardware limits of this "Value" tier. At the 77-inch size, this model utilizes a WOLED panel rather than Samsung’s flagship QD-OLED, resulting in slightly less color vibrancy in high-brightness scenes. The Object Tracking Sound Lite (20W) is thin for a screen of this magnitude, and the Contour Design lacks the specialized anti-glare coatings found on the premium S95 series, making it prone to reflections in sun-drenched rooms.

However, these compromises are entirely justified by the aggressive price-per-inch ratio. You are securing a massive 77-inch OLED canvas and a top-tier AI processor at a price point where most competitors only offer mid-range LED-LCDs. For the movie enthusiast or gamer who demands perfect black levels and high-speed performance without the "flagship tax," the 77S85F is a smart, high-utility purchase.
