GIGABYTE GS27QA SA 27" SuperSpeed IPS FHD 180Hz AMD Freesync Gaming Monitor | Black, QHD 2560x1440, 1ms MPRT, AMD FreeSync, HDR 10 Ready, 2X HDMI 2.0, DP 1.4, Tilt Adjustable

The GIGABYTE GS27QA SA is a high-performance bargain that delivers a sharp 1440p gaming experience without the typical "budget" input lag. Its Super Speed IPS panel is the standout feature, providing a 180Hz refresh rate and 1ms MPRT response time that virtually eliminates ghosting in fast-paced shooters. Users consistently praise the motion clarity and the convenience of the OSD Sidekick software, which allows for monitor adjustments directly through Windows.

The trade-offs are mostly structural and cinematic: the stand is tilt-only, meaning you will likely want a VESA arm if you require height or swivel adjustments. While labeled HDR Ready, the peak brightness is too low for a transformative HDR experience, and you may need to manually lower the "Black Equalizer" settings out of the box to correct a slightly washed-out initial image.

However, these compromises are standard for this price bracket. You aren't paying for a premium stand or professional-grade HDR; you are paying for a fast, sharp, and highly responsive QHD panel. If you prioritize pure gaming performance and frames-per-second over luxury extras, the GS27QA SA is an essential buy that punches well above its weight class.
