ProForm Carbon TLS | Foldable Treadmill for Running and Cardio Workouts with Shock Absorbing Cushioning to Reduce Joint Impact

The ProForm Carbon TLS delivers a highly capable cardio platform for those short on space. The true value lies in its mechanics: a robust 0–12% incline range and top speeds of 10 MPH give you plenty of headroom for intense interval training, while the ProShox cushioning reliably mitigates joint impact. Users consistently praise the hydraulic folding frame, which makes reclaiming floor space smooth and effortless after a workout.

The primary trade-off is the minimal tech interface. The built-in 5” LCD is basic, meaning you must supply your own phone or tablet to utilize the device shelf for interactive training. Furthermore, the treadmill’s most advanced capabilities—such as SmartAdjust terrain matching and ActivePulse heart-rate control—are locked behind a paid iFIT membership.

Ultimately, these compromises are precisely why the Carbon TLS is a compelling buy. By skipping the expensive, built-in smart screen, you secure premium physical performance and durability at a significantly lower price point. If you want a mechanically solid, space-saving treadmill and don't mind bringing your own screen, this model offers excellent long-term value for home runners and walkers.
